A Bit About Me
I’m Pooria Navabi — filmmaker and photographer based in Budapest.I began making short films in 2010, and have been refining my visual language ever since.From 2019 to 2024, I worked at Sharif Studio, creating short films and cinematic brand films — longer-form, high-quality, emotionally layered work, shaped through a variety of techniques including live-action and animation. It’s also where I learned how to turn atmosphere and feeling into structure — making visual work that doesn’t just look good, but connects.Now I work independently, exploring the vertical format with full intention — not as content, but as a visual language in motion.
